Benefits of membership include significant discounts at BS events and equipment purchases, as well as the paper version of Taimyo magazine. It is also a requirement if you wish to take exams. For BS College members (those of assistant level and above) membership includes free access to the three or four College days held around the country on a regular basis. For some no longer practicing it's mainly a way to demonstrate their continued support for the development of Shintaido in the UK. Membership starts from just £30 pa, details are in the application form.
