The technical notes pages are designed to help those practicing Shintaido with a registered instructor. They are not intended as a substitute for proper instruction. So as a little test, to access these pages you will need to be able to answer the following question:

Name a fundamental Shintaido kata consisting of a series of 5 movements..

If you cannot answer the question you'll get a "Not found" message.

Please ask your shintaido instructor!
