Online classes

Some Shintaido instructors are offering regular classes using the Zoom platform. Most are online continuations of normal face-to-face classes, but all open to anyone who wishes to attend, including beginners. All classes are free. Please contact the instructor named in order to access the Zoom password.

Many practitioners have been surprised to find that online practice works well for them. Here are a few comments from recent classes:
